Was able to finally obtain an email address through their chatline, so for others benefit who want to cancel within the three day grace period after signing any contract, know that Aptive does list on their website their locations of services by city such as Houston and so my areas email address is Houston@***.com and for the city of Portland in Oregon, the email address would be Portland@***.com, etc. Hope that helps as this company does make it very difficult to find the information you need to cancel in a timely manner!

Mr. Tyson Roylance from Ogden, Utah came to my door in Houston, TX selling Aptive Environmental Pest services and I did NOT receive any paperwork for their contact but he did make sure I received an email with the paperwork attached.

The problem with this is that one cannot read the contract until after you have signed up for it first by signing on their ipad. It does say you can cancel within 3 business days in WRITING but it only gives the physical address of the business as 11000 S Wilcrest Dr Ste 150 Houston, TX 77099 to be received NO Later than midnight 6/6/2019 since I signed on 6/3/2019. There is NO way that a cancellation will reach them by snail mail by midnight on that date!! Also it states you can send it by telegram (??

who sends anything by telegram in 2019 ??) or by email but conveniently FAILS to give you their email address on the contract or any form sent to you!! Also if you go to their website www.goaptive.com (I had to do a google search to even find their website), does not list ANY EMAIL ADDRESSES either, only phone numbers, thus preventing people from cancelling within 3 days in the only timely way possible in writing unless their technician is coming to your home! They had already scheduled my first treatment for today at 1 PM but after reading so many negative reviews regarding this company I decided to cancel prior to receiving this first treatment. I taped the copy of the contract that I had downloaded that had the option to cancel by signing on page three and taped it on my front door with bright red marker stating โ€œCancel Contract, No Treatment, Poor Reviewsโ€.

The Aptive technician came to my door shortly after 1PM and read my contract and notes and then left but did NOT take the signed cancellation of the contract. I have security that shows this and he did NOT do any treatment but also he did not take the cancelled contract!! Aptive needs to give ALL customers written contracts at the time of sale so they can read the terms of agreement before signing. They also need to put their email address on each written contract and if it is area specific, that salesperson needs to write in the email address on each and every contract so timely cancellation is possible.

If the cancelled contract is left on the front door by the customer (due to the FIRST treatment being scheduled within that THREE day period that customers can cancel within), the technician is obligated to take the contract in as sufficient written notice of cancellation. I have it on home security camera he just walked away!

aptiv business ethics are deceptive here in Utah also. I found the complaints brought against them in a Pennsylvania court had found them in all the same manner of violations but on the promise to never at any of their locations allows them to not admit to a conviction.

We are on the same situation. I didnโ€™t have access to the documents when the guy came to the door today to spray.

We had already called this morning to tell them not to come because we were going to cancel service. Did it work to send a copy of the cancellation to the closest city.

Can't get rid of them I call to cancel treatment as they requested but while I am away at work they come to the door and ask whomever is there if they can do a treatment. They say yes and I get the bill. I still have as many mice or more and the ants are also.

yeah they contracted me 6 months after we let them finish 4 treatments they called asking me for my records which they dont email or text and claim an outstanding invoice of $90. 1 week later i get a call from collections willing to settle!

later that day 100 points dropped from my credit score. i filled with the BBB and have decided to request for a full refund for the mediocre service and the pouty child like office demeanor.
